Your payment security is our priority. All card payments on Pikkuva are processed over an encrypted, 3-D Secure connection through our bank's virtual POS.

Accepted cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Troy credit and debit cards issued by any bank.

3-D Secure

Every card payment is verified with 3-D Secure: after you enter your card details, your bank asks you to confirm the payment with a one-time SMS code or your banking app. This protects you against unauthorised use of your card.

Your card data is never stored

Card details are transmitted directly to the bank over a 256-bit SSL encrypted connection and are never stored or logged on our servers. Pikkuva never sees your full card number or CVC.

How payment works

  1. Add items to your cart and go to checkout.
  2. Enter your delivery details and approve the Distance Sales Agreement.
  3. Choose card payment and enter your card on the secure page.
  4. Confirm the 3-D Secure step at your bank.
  5. You receive an order confirmation with a tracking link.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are returned to the same card used for payment, per our Returns & Cancellation policy.
