This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work for orders placed on Pikkuva.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

For standard, non-personalized products you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and any accessories.

Personalized & custom-printed products

In accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are produced to your specifications or personalized for you. This includes, for example:

• Bags printed with a custom name, text, photo or your own design;
• Products made or printed on demand specifically for your order;
• Any item customized at your request.

These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered.

Defective or incorrect items

If your product arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

How to start a return

1. Email us at info@pikkuva.com with your order number and reason.
2. We confirm eligibility and share the return address.
3. Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or bank account for bank-transfer orders) within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility except for defective/incorrect items.
