Orders

An order is a purchase request. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud) and refund any amount paid.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, text and the Pikkuva brand are our property or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without consent. If you submit your own design/text for a custom product, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it is not unlawful or infringing.

Custom products

Personalized and custom-printed items are produced to your specification and are non-returnable except when defective (see Returns & Exchanges).

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order to the extent permitted by law.
