Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer for orders placed on this website, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Parties

Buyer: The customer whose details are provided at checkout.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose type, quantity and price are specified in the order, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Product, price & payment

The product details and the total price including taxes are shown on the order/checkout page. Payment is made by the method selected at checkout (bank transfer or credit card via our payment provider).

4. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer via the contracted carrier. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown before order confirmation.

5. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days for eligible products (see our Returns & Exchanges policy). The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made/printed products.

6. Disputes

The Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at their place of residence for disputes within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry.
