What's the minimum order (MOQ)?

We keep minimums low so small retailers and independent designers can reach real B2B pricing. Tiered prices drop as quantity rises — see each product's wholesale table.

Can you print our logo / design?

Yes. We print custom names, logos, artwork and full designs on canvas & fabric bags. Send your file with a quote request and we'll share a mockup for approval before production.

What are the lead times?

Stock items ship in 1–3 business days. Custom-printed and made-to-order runs take longer; we confirm the exact date in your quote.

How is pricing structured?

Unit price falls as quantity grows (e.g. 100 / 500 / 1,000+). Custom printing may add a per-size print fee. Your quote shows the all-in unit price.

Payment terms?

Wholesale orders are handled as quote requests — no online payment. We typically take an advance to start production and the balance before delivery, by bank transfer.

Do you ship outside Türkiye?

Retail ships within Türkiye. Outside Türkiye we accept wholesale (B2B) orders only — request a quote and we'll arrange shipping.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes — order a single unit at retail to check quality before committing to bulk.

Returns on custom orders?

Personalized / custom-printed items can't be returned unless defective (see our Returns policy). Stock items follow the standard 14-day policy.
